Due to unrivalled success in recent years and exceptional predicted growth, the company is now looking to establish local presence in Germany by hiring THE key person in sales and new business development.

The Senior Sales Executive role: 

·         The role of Senior Sales Executive will encompass leading sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals in key industries - Aviation, Transportation, Fintech, Healthcare, RegTech, Manufacturing, and more
·         You´ll report directly to the CEO and the Chair of Board
·         As the company grow, you´ll have the opportunity to build your own team
·         Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the German market and generate and assess leads within our existing network
·         Establish new relationships and partnerships, and create compelling proposals and secure new contracts
·         Contribute to the development of new offerings in rapidly evolving areas such as Artificial Intelligence


What we´re looking for:
 

·         Hunter mentality with strong networking skills with 8+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in software product development services
·         A strong network of connections in enterprises and/or software product companies
·         Strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth
·         Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales processes
·         Exposure to the industries such as aviation, transportation, fintech & regtech, healthcare/pharma, and manufacturing is a plus
·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
·         Understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer tailored solutions
