Vincent Boeckeler
As a Director, Vincent oversees the strategic, financial, and sales aspects of the business. In addition to his role at Baldur Connect, Vincent mentors in the recruitment world and serves as an early-stage investor in various tech startups.
Vincent was born and raised in Bavaria's capital city, Munich, but has worked and lived in cities such as London, Barcelona, and New York. After completing his Master’s in Management from the European Business School in London, Vincent embarked on a successful career in advertising, working on campaigns for various companies.

Since 2011, Vincent has been in recruitment and has assisted several leading tech organizations in Germany and the US in scaling.
Before launching Baldur Connect, Vincent held a senior management position at a well-known international search agency. Here, he was fortunate to be chosen to set up their first international office in Germany and help the business scale before finally establishing the award-winning recruiting partner, Baldur Connect.

Having started his career in real estate and sales, he soon found his life's passion in Recruitment. More specifically in the field of tech as he has a brain and heart for all things technology-driven. For several years he worked in a Lead role at a well-known international search agency. In his time there he played the key role in building the German and Nordic business units from early stage to established within their markets.
In his free time, you´ll likely find Hannes at the gym or engaging in various sports activities. His multi faceted background and dedication to the tech-driven recruitment space make him an invaluable asset to the Baldur Connect team.

Hannes leads the Talent Search practice at Baldur Connect. He is the pivotal figure behind shaping innovative solutions for our clients' challenges.
Born in the Swedish town of Karlskrona, Hannes embodies the adventurous Baldurian spirit by leaving the comfort of his home to explore new horizons across the globe.
His studies took him to three different universities across three different continents. From Louisiana State in the US all the way to Thammasat University in Thailand. Finally he returned home to graduate with a Master of Science degree with a focus on Business Administration from Linnaeus University in Sweden. Today, he lives in the beautiful city of Munich.
