Senior Product Manager – Customer Intelligence Platform

A leading Customer Intelligence Platform, that is used by millions of people, is experience strong growth and therefore hiring several Product Owners and Product Managers for their various software products.

Your mission would look something like this:

As an expert in web experience, you will optimize the companies products to enhance the user experience. You'll plan and implement their web strategy, gathering customer insights and collaborating with UX, User research, engineering, marketing, and customer service to achieve revenue and satisfaction goals from acquisition to retention.

Working with Product Leads, you'll shape the vision, strategy, and direction of their products, defining and analyzing their goals, including a lot of Discovery. You will prioritize tasks based on business goals, customer needs, and implementation efforts to achieve high-impact results.

In a cross-functional team, you'll identify risks and opportunities, understand user problems through research, and evaluate solutions using Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and other methods. You'll ensure data-driven delivery, prioritizing high-impact actions and validating solutions through continuous build-measure-learn cycles in beta and post-launch phases.

What You Bring:

·         Extensive experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a track record of successfully implementing and iterating products
·         Excellent discovery skills and an analytical approach to making decisions that drive product success
·         Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in handling both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions, with experience in conducting user research and collaborating with UX design, research, and analysts
·         A strong customer focus and an impact-driven mindset
·         Creativity and a drive for developing innovative product ideas
·         Outstanding communication skills across teams and hierarchies, comfortable in both written and verbal communication to align with various stakeholders and effectively communicate product decisions and their rationale
·         Structured, organized, and result-oriented, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects while keeping goals and timelines in view
·         Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
